Ground — Where most people start
Maybe something feels off and you cannot quite name it. Maybe the bedroom never really settled after the renovation. Maybe your office feels heavy by 2pm every day. Or maybe everything is genuinely good and you want to make sure your home is doing everything it can for you.
Ground is the full read. I conduct a complete elemental assessment of your home and do a full intake with you. I then create your personalized report which references what you told me in our session, names the core themes, maps them to specific areas of your home across all floors, and gives you clear, prioritized recommendations in plain language. You leave with total clarity and a real plan you can act on right away.

Guide — For those who want a partner through it
Ground gives you the read and the roadmap. Guide gives you me alongside you through the implementation.
This is for the client who is renovating, reconfiguring, or navigating something significant. Who wants someone translating elemental recommendations into sourcing options, decisions, and real changes. In Guide I work directly with you. Curated sourcing tied to the assessment. Direct coordination with you and your designer if there is one. Two additional calls during your 60-day implementation window.

Ongoing Sessions with Eileen
Let’s keep working together. Guidance sessions are for clients who want ongoing access outside of a full consultation. These session packs are for those who have completed their engagement and want to keep the work moving, or who want a focused conversation about a specific decision. Maybe you are looking for a new home, a new job, navigating a big life transition. Seasonal shifts. Or just a check-in because something changed and you want to make sure your space is still supporting you.
Pricing
Single session $325 / One hour, any topic.
4-hour pack $1,200 / Valid 12 months.
6-hour pack $1,650 / Valid 12 months.
12-hour pack $3,000 / Valid 12 months.
Session packs give you dedicated access to me over the course of a year, so support is there when you need it.
